The position will assist TM team in both analytical tasks and external stakeholder communications. Key roles will include data drilling from different data sources for analysis purposes and communication with external agencies.
The role reports to the Trade Marketing Manager
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Support Trade Marketing team in communicating POSM needs and requirements with external agencies. Collaterals including in store POSM, e-banner ads and brand promotion while meeting deadlines.
- Drill, organize and format data from different data sources
- Assist in the respective categories budgeting, expenditure tracking and Purchase Requisition creation.
- Managing project workflow, deadlines and strategic priorities.
- Tracking and updating of production schedule to ensure on time delivery of projects.
- Assist in the organization and execution of trade events
- Assist in instore observation studies
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Previous experience in Marketing/ Trade Marketing/ Events and related job functions is preferred
- Must have excellent communication and typography skills
- Works well under deadline with flexible and can handle multiple projects
- Attention to detail in press checks and corrections.
- Self-motivated and open-minded with accepting other’s opinions to contribute the team
