KIM SENG HUAT HARDWARE PTE LTD is the leading supplier and distributor of piping system components to the Energy, Marine, Water infrastructure and other industries in Southeast Asia. 

Job Summary

This role supports sales, purchasing, and administrative functions by assisting procurement, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries within the Sales Department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily procurement tasks to ensure timely ordering and supply of materials
• Prepare purchase quotations and follow up with vendors to confirm delivery schedules
• Coordinate and consolidate shipments to optimise delivery efficiency for the Sales Department
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet on-time delivery targets
• Participate in stock take exercises to maintain accurate inventory records
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support department operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare documents and reports
• Communicate clearly in written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking vendors
• Demonstrate attention to detail and take initiative in completing tasks accurately
• Organise work proactively and collaborate well within a team environment with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work at the Jurong location
