We are seeking a highly motivated Intern to work directly with the Owner as a shadow assistant. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in business operations, systems development, and cross-departmental coordination within a dynamic hospitality group.
Key Responsibilities:
Shadow the Owner in day-to-day tasks and projects.
Assist in creating, formatting, and refining SOP documents for various departments.
Develop and maintain forms, trackers, and checklists to support departmental monitoring.
Follow up with Heads of Department (HODs) to ensure timely submissions and compliance.
Support in consolidating information and preparing reports for management review.
Provide administrative assistance and ad-hoc support as needed.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, Docs, Sheets).
Good communication skills; comfortable following up with senior staff.
Resourceful, adaptable, and willing to learn by doing.
Able to work independently yet collaboratively.
