Kids 21 Pte Ltd – Merchandising Intern (E-commerce)

Kids 21 is the first fashion and lifestyle emporium dedicated to children by Club 21, Asia’s leading purveyor of luxury fashion. Established in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Thailand, Kids 21 currently carries more than 80 brands and operates fifteen retail outlets across the four markets.

We will also use this initiative to drive Kids 21 into new markets across Asia Pacific where we see both demand for our designer fashion brands and being able to browse and buy online for added convenience.

Job Summary:

• Assist the team on E-commerce product shoots (preparing samples and actual shoot process)
• Prepare e-commerce upload files (similar to POs)
• Some e-commerce merchandising which includes:
  • data entry for purchase order, 
  • generating analytical reports, 
  • follow up with suppliers on stock issues, 
  • provide necessary clerical and administrative support

Job Requirements:

• Able to commit for about 3 months
• Relevant studies in E-Commerce / Merchandising / Digital Marketing
• Entry Level applicants may apply
• Proficient in MS Excel and Office
• Strong numeric and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sense of urgency flexibility ability to multi-task
• Willingness to learn
