Responsibilities:

• Data collection and documentation handling
• Attend and evaluate tender briefings and site surveys
• Preparation of quotations for suppliers and contractors
• Preparation of tender submission and analysis
• Study contract documents, perform measurements and timely prepare Bill of Quantities
• Assist in cost estimation and quantity measurement
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
• Oversee projects from Tender Stage through to Handover, ensuring the documentations is well-prepared.
• Work closely with Project Team in submission of the progress report, progress claim, variation order, final account and etc.
• Design & Prepare Tender Proposal according to client / project requirement & specification.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma/degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Mechanical & Electrical/Electronic … or equivalent
• At least 5 years working experience in Singapore’s construction, engineering and security system industry (or change/add to in tendering process for M&E works)
• Possesses good communication skills to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates
• Well-versed with AUTOCAD, Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
