Kerry Consulting is recruiting for an HR Administrator to work onsite with a large FMCG company for a period of 3 months with the potential to extend for another 6 months.

Job Description

As the HR Administrator, you will be providing administrative & operational support to the Regional Singapore office, including but not limited to payroll, tax reporting, employee data maintenance, mobility, and compensation & benefits administration.

Requirements

  • Min diploma or a degree in HR with at least 1-year working experience as an HR administrator/generalist
  • You have a high level of attention to detail with good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and deliver to deadlines
  • Good MS Office skills, Word, Excel, experience with HRIS – SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Skilled in report generation, analysis & interpretation
  • Experience in Payroll and Tax in Singapore
  • Experience in employee mobility / international assignments and migration.
