Regional HR Intern (Aug-dec 2018)


This position is suitable for students who can commit at least 4 working days per week.

Job Summary:

Assist the Regional HR team by providing administrative support and managing projects for Kelly Services (S) Pte Ltd. This internship opportunity will provide the chosen candidate with extensive exposure to a multitude of HR responsibilities across APAC.

Key responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage agenda and materials for monthly HR video conference.
  • Support in strategic regional HR projects e.g. HR process improvements, the roll-out and implementation of new initiatives, new development programs, etc.
  • Support in reviewing of HR processes and policies with the development of new legal entity.
  • Support in reviewing and updating compliance documentation and approval process flows.
  • Collaborate with the Regional HR manager on recruitment and onboarding matters.
  • Support end-to-end HR service delivery, both transactional and support services, to the business within agreed measures.
  • Support for reviewing and updating of compensation and benefits documentation and analysis of comparison of market benchmark data.
  • Administration and maintenance of HR Intranet, when required.
  • Planning and organization of regional HR workshop or events.
  • Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, as and when required.
