Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Event Management Intern to support our events team in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events and activations. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment, ideal for individuals passionate about event production and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of live and virtual events, exhibitions, and activations

  • Coordinate logistics, vendor liaison, and setup arrangements

  • Support in sourcing, budgeting, and administrative tasks

  • Assist with on-site event operations, registration, and troubleshooting

  • Conduct market research and brainstorm creative ideas

  • Prepare event documentation, reports, and post-event evaluations

  • Provide general support to the events and creative teams

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or come on an online meet with us, passion is utmost important

  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

  • Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn

  • Passion for events, creativity, and delivering memorable experiences
