Kantar – Market Research Project Management Intern

The Project Management Intern will help ensure the success of a project through a variety of methods, both formal and informal. The Project Management Intern must have an understanding of the research project and its goals, detect and clarify unstated assumptions, resolve conflicts and utilize logistical management skills.

• Managing finance and administration related tasks on projects, such as invoicing / raising of jobs, POs for fieldwork suppliers, liaising with suppliers on invoicing procedures and communicating invoice-related information to finance department.
• Developing research schedule for client service team / maintains and updates project calendar.
• Negotiate with and selects field suppliers as required. Send purchase orders and agency confirmation sheets.
• Draft recruitment screeners; revises screeners based on client input and briefs third party recruiting agency on the project specifications.
• Acts as the single point of contact for all logistical matters for the CS and any third party suppliers.
• Liaise with moderator / local teams and Client Service during days / weeks leading up to date of fieldwork and keep them informed of recruit status and other project details.
• Troubleshoot / resolve recruitment and other logistical difficulties.
• Manage all other field related details which may include indicating product purchase or equipment rental required of facility, hiring of translation professionals, translation of materials (when required), overseeing any product trial or homework assignment required of respondents, arranging for shipment of audio / videotapes and other materials after completion of fieldwork.
• Maintain and monitor project files on server – responsible for ensuring ISO compliance.
• Create, maintain and update database of local teams, suppliers, moderators facilities etc.
