FINANCE INTERN 

The incumbent will be based in the Singapore office. 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Perform and develop processes for essential finance functions such as customer invoicing and inventory management 

• Review debtors and follow up with operational suppliers regarding account review, allocation and analysis of statement of account 

• Support reporting to senior management by preparing and analyzing monthly financial information and KPIs, such as P&L and Sales 

• Support the Finance Director in the monthly closing 

• Update and elaborate on procedures related to internal control 

• Supervise and coordinate internal and external projects • Be open to ad hoc duties within the Kacific team 

REQUIREMENTS 

• Possess initiative and pro-activeness 

• At least an undergraduate university degree 

• Accounting qualification highly regarded 

• Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint 

• Fluent in English 

• Ability to adapt to foreign cultures and with an international mind-set
