Job Description

Operations and Admin Assistant (Flexible Full-time)


As an Operations and Admin Assistant, you will be managing all aspect of the administrative and operations work from customer service to warehouse inventory. We believe in growing and learning together and value that our teammates are responsible, independent and have a mature working attitude.


Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Assisting with information needed from our Customer Service Personnel
  • Handling of customer queries on main account and facebook page
  • Pick and pack of online orders
  • Processing of return mails
  • Sort, organize, and store inventory in a proper location and making sure that inventory is accurate
  • Lias with the retail team on restocking and arranging for clothes to be sent over
  • Organized, plan and execute stock take
  • Preparation and assisting of monthly photoshoots
  • Upload products accurately and efficiently into online platforms
  • Various administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Customer service oriented
  • Detailed, meticulous and responsible
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn is a must
  • Online shopping knowledge will be an advantage
  • Students, SAHM, retirees are welcome.
  • Good command of English
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Available Immediately
  • Singaporeans/PR only/ Students
  • Flexible Working Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9.30am-6.30pm (Negotiable according to your schedule)
  • Opportunity to increase work time or discuss on a work schedule that better suit your needs.
  • Minimum of 30 hours per week
