What you’ll do (real exposure)
- Shadow workflows (where appropriate): meeting prep, documentation, follow-ups, reviews
- Join structured training sessions and market/product briefings
- Support guided tasks: notes, simple research, templates, admin support
- Learn the end-to-end process: discovery → planning → execution → review
- End with a debrief: strengths, gaps, and your next-step roadmap
