Prior to the establishment of JR Group Holdings Pte Ltd, the business started in 2001 as JR Foodstuff Industries Pte Ltd. JR Foods was an early pioneer in the manufacturing of cook chill & cook freeze ready-to-serve meals for both the consumer and the food service markets. With its rapid expansion in the last five years in Singapore and internationally, JR Group Holdings was incorporated in 2012.

- Responsible for seeing to the administrative support for the team in successfully implementing projects and initiatives within the Vending operations.
- To handle the company hotline for JR Vending Pte Ltd as follows:
- Answering calls from customers via the Chef-in-Box hotline with regards to customers’ enquiries and feedback.
- All calls are to be answered in a business-like and courteous manner.
- For all enquiries: To obtain customers contact details and forward the information to the General Manager and Operations Assistant Manager for follow up; and to also provide the contact details of the General Manager and Operations Assistant Manager to customers.
- For any feedback: To log in the feedback and share with the operations group via the Whatsapp group chat and send the feedback form to customers for follow up details.
- All refund requests to be posted at the Whatsapp group chat, indicating the customers’ contact details (name and contact number), reasons for request and the image of the transaction deduction(s). - To monitor the stock levels for the various vending machines and to inform the Operations team / Management when additional deliveries are required.
- To perform Warehouse duties such as working with logistics team with the checking of stocks for the driver and preparing the stocks (e.g. snacks, drinks, etc.) for the outlets.
- To do the stock replenishment of the vending machines when required in a clean and hygienic manner. To place and arrange food, drinks or snack items on shelves of vending machines and to change shelf labels as required to indicate selections.
- To provide basic technical support for vending machines operations (when required).
- Responsible for ensuring and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction and attend to customer issues promptly, to provide excellent service standards at all times, and to ensure courteous and efficient service to the customers.
- Assist and support the Operations team when required, including site visits.
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time by the Management.
