Prior to the establishment of JR Group Holdings Pte Ltd, the business started in 2001 as JR Foodstuff Industries Pte Ltd. JR Foods was an early pioneer in the manufacturing of cook chill & cook freeze ready-to-serve meals for both the consumer and the food service markets.
With its rapid expansion in the last five years in Singapore and internationally, JR Group Holdings was incorporated in 2012. The Group now comprises 4 companies: JR Foods Pte Ltd, JR F&B Concepts Pte Ltd, JR Vending Pte Ltd, Vendcafe Pte Ltd and Anytime Food Pte Ltd.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To increase the sales and profitability of the Company.
- To engage in effective brand communications and marketing activities.
- To increase export sales.
- To solicit for new distributors and clients.
- Assist distributors in their branding, sales and distribution of our Company’s products.
- Plan, coordinate and handle all local and international trade shows and major promotions.
- Participate in local and international trade shows and customer shows when required.
- Develop new distributors and update distributors’ profiles regularly.
- Assist in the logistics and administrative work required for export sales.
- Entertain distributors and clients when required.
- To plan, coordinate and organize all marketing and branding exercises.
- To be involved in the training of junior staff (if necessary).
- To conduct market and field studies when required.
- To review, implement and assist in the retail and food service marketing activities when required.
- To be involved in the development of new products.
- To identify business opportunities and to develop new businesses.
- To assist in the implementation of CRM , mobility and e-commerce projects.
- Engage in social media marketing when required.
- Service and merchandise supermarket outlets during peak period.
- Assist in all sales and marketing activities.
- To perform such other duties / work as directed by the Company from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- A degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in business development.
- Strong communications, writing and inter-personal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
