Job Description

Overall Job Objectives

  • Responsible for developing business strategies, generating leads and supporting new business revenue to JR Group.

  • Identify new opportunities to expand the business, including through partnerships, collaborations, licensing and new markets.

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and, delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs, connecting with key business stakeholders while maintaining long term relationships and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

  • To maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building, account management and lead generation.

  • Responsible for developing a sales contact plan, building strategic proposals, responding to enquiries about new business locally and overseas.

  • To develop detailed business models of proposed strategies. This includes doing market forecasts, competitor share forecasts, investment needs, evaluating synergy opportunities, costs saving opportunities, product/service improvements, sales and market improvements.

  • Perform the integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.

  • Write business plans for all current and new opportunity tender businesses.

  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Key liaison between customers and cross-functional internal departments to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to the customers’ needs.

  • To engage in effective brand communications and marketing activities.

  • Identify and participate in relevant local and international trade shows and consumer fairs.

  • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
