Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging, creative, and on-brand content for Jonite's social media accounts 
• Monitor and analyze social media analytics to improve performance 
• Plan and oversee paid social media campaigns 
• Coordinate with other departments (sales, marketing, etc.) to ensure that social media efforts are aligned with overall marketing goals
• Creating search engine optimized (SEO) content for blog articles

Job Qualifications

• Possesses knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
• Understands how to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and translate that data into actionable insights
• Understands the principles of SEO and applies them to social media content
• Is proactive and take ownership of their work, constantly seeking to improve their skills
• Is a team player who is comfortable with collaborating to achieve common goals
