Job Description

What this job involves

•Develop and provide routine site communication protocol and messages on announcements, events and incidents related to building shutdowns/service interruption, café events, cleaning, security, (e.g. parking lot issues), safety, emergency situations and any other related to services in scope.

•Manage internal communications (memos, newsletters etc.)

•Draft content for company website

•Assist in communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership


Sound like you? To apply you need to be:

•Experience in web design and content production is a plus

•Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is an asset

•Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills

•Outstanding organizational and planning abilities

•Proficient command of English
