Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain quality report
• Monitor the secondary process carried out by the subcontractors and generate monthly performance reports, including data backup
• Perform inspection (outgoing, slow moving stock and etc.)
• Perform process capability study
• Administer regular calibration of measuring equipment
• Monitor and follow up on all, scraps, reworks and concession raised
• Carry out process audits
• To co-ordinate with all departments towards problem solving and matters pertaining to quality
• To co-ordinate and liaise with customer on all matters pertaining to quality
• Other operation activities assign by superior
• Assume the duties of QA Engineer during his/her absence.
• Ensure all QMS, EMS and safety requirements are duly adhered to

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering/Mechanical/Quality
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Self-motivated, independent and initiatives
• Able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
