Event Coordinator Internship
Looking for 2x intern.
Job Descriptions:
- Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order
- Manage all event set-up, tear down and follow-up processes
- Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.
- Assist in ad hoc duties
Working Details:
- min. 6 months commitment
- Start date: 1st April 2020
- Location: North, Singapore
- 5 working days, Monday to Friday*
- 9.30am to 5.30pm
*Might need to work on weekends and PH. will provide benefits if required to work on weekends and PH.
