Secretary / Personal Assistant (Full - Time)
As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Your key responsibilities include:
Managing schedules, calendars, and appointments
Handling emails, calls, and correspondence professionally
Preparing documents, reports, and presentation materials
Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and events
Assisting with administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
Job Requirements :
Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline
Good organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to work independently and take initiative
Detail-oriented with a positive and responsible attitude
