Human Resources Assistant (Part-Time)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist in posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Contact candidates to arrange interview appointments
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases
Provide general administrative support for recruitment activities
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma or above
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Comfortable communicating with candidates via phone or messaging
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Prior HR or recruitment experience is a plus, but not required
