Location: Joo Koon
Working Hours: 1 Day ON / 1 Day OFF shift
Salary: $2000-$2400
• Read, reply, record and follow-up job orders via email, message ,or phone call
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries
• Process customer orders promptly and accordingly
• Handling Customers complaints
• Support within Operations Department
Requirements:
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in related field for this position in marine industry .
• Good communication and interpersonal skills including Oral & Writing
• Proficient in using computer applications / systems (includes MS Office)
• Responsible and committed Team Player
• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in Maritime Studies or equivalent.
