Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Manager(F&B/Hotel/Social Industry)
Location: Bencoolen
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm / 9am-6.30pm
Salary: $6000-$8000++

Job Description
• Develop and manage the marketing budget by allocating resources effectively across various marketing channels and initiatives
• Enhance the organisation’s brand image within the hospitality and F&B industry. Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels
• Develop creative promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement to achieve optimal revenue and generate customer traffic growth
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive online visibility, website traffic and customer engagement
• Assess, develop and implement marketing plans specifically targeted towards seasonal/need periods and topical opportunities; identify revenue generating opportunities to run targeted campaigns throughout the year
• Headline and copy writing as well as editing and proof-reading of digital, marketing, operational and corporate presentation materials
• Partner with business leaders to identify marketing needs; own the development, optimisation, execution and results of marketing strategies across the group’s portfolio
• Build new or leverage on existing strategic marketing channels and partnerships which reinforces group performance including but not limiting to sales, demand traffic and penetration of new customer base
• Define CRM marketing and personalisation strategies and roadmap based on data-driven insights for the loyalty program
• Compiling and analysing market trends & proposing new marketing opportunities where possible
• Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilising key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment (ROI)
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations within the hospitality and F&B sector. Continuously seek opportunities to leverage new marketing tools and techniques to drive business growth
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement
• Background in Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations or Business Administration, Digital Media
• At least 5 years of relevant Marketing experience preferably in the hospitality/F&B industry with at least 2 years experience of leading a Marketing team in SME
• Experienced in a CRM marketing role, with the specific focus on execution of marketing initiatives to drive retention rates through loyalty program is preferred
• Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
• Knowledge of (or strong interest in) digital communications is preferred
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Meticulous, organized, and attentive to details, excellent time management and a good multitasker
• Motivated, self-starter and savvy team player and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Illustrator and Photoshop
