Responsibilities

• Able to perform job matching, selection & shortlisting of potential candidates
• Able to explore the different platforms to create a recruitment channel
• Screening of resumes 
• Talent spotting 
• With experience in social media marketing/analytics, video production, and infographics design or has, a personal portfolio of past projects will be advantageous
• Conduct end to end recruitment involving identifying and screening candidates, arranging, conducting reference and background checks, and offer of employment
• Develop effective recruitment strategies
• Collect, monitor, and present data on recruitment drives
• Simple paperwork/ assistance for the hiring manager. 

Requirements

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Self-driven with a strong desire to excel
• Strong communication skills to conduct training effectively
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with potential candidates
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Possess excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Full training will be provided
