JIN Design – Account / Project Management Intern

Are you meticulous, and also a great communicator?

JIN Design is hiring an Account & Project Management Intern, and we have a place for you.

You will work closely with our creative team (UX/UI designers, visual designers, and copywriters) and our clients to successfully deliver design projects.

Internship duration: 3 months (with opportunity to convert to a full-time position after)

You will:

• Schedule appointments with potential/existing clients to discuss and identify design scope
• Understand client briefs and facilitate the creative team’s crafting of design requirements
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Manage scope, workflow schedule, and timeline to ensure timely delivery of design projects
• Manage clients’ and team members’ expectations relating to work scope and change requests
• Serve as a touchpoint for our clients
• Assist in the handover of design work to developers
