Jewel Changi Airport Devt Pte Ltd (JCAD) is a joint venture between Changi Airport Group and CapitaLand Mall Asia to manage Jewel Changi Airport. Strategically located in the heart of the airport, Jewel is envisaged to be a world-class lifestyle destination that will enable the Changi air hub to capture passenger mindshare and strongly boost Singapore’s appeal as a stopover point for travellers.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate processing of AP invoices and financial reporting matters.

 Main Duties/Responsibilities

 Your duties include the following main functions:

1. Vendor Management

• Assist to check the details in the vendor invoices and supporting documents before transacting in the accounting system
• Assist to review Vendor Master Record for maintenance purpose

2. General Accounting & Reporting

• Assist to prepare intercompany schedules
• Assist to prepare the bank reconciliation reports
• Assist to prepare journals for month end closing
• Assist to prepare reporting package for month end reporting
• Any other ad-hoc assigned tasks
