Job Description

Job Summary:

Efficiently, courteously and expediently welcome, assist for check-in, check out and bid farewell for all Jet Quay’s guests and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction, adhering by the company’s standard required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

©Welcome members upon arrival and assist guests according to established standards and procedures.

© Assist in baggage handling.

© To handle all F&B aspects and any other items requested by guests.

© To provide information, courteous and efficient service and if possible to comply with each and every guest’s request.

© To take new booking at the reception if received new request.

© Check out guests courteously and accurately.

© Be constantly alert on procedures and existing SOP with business partners

© Must have the team work spirit amongst colleagues of all levels so as to ensure all work flow can be executed diligently.

© Consistently have a courteous and hospitable attitude at all times when on duty to both internal and external customers.

© Be familiar with all level of services provided by Jet Quay.

© Take ownership of problem, handle members’ complaints promptly according to established procedures and then report to the Shift Controller for further follow up when necessary.

© Know CIP Terminal security procedures.

© Be familiar with T-1 and T-2 facilities and outlets in order to provide guests with accurate information as requested.

© Maintain a well groomed appearance and a tidy work area.

© To keep Personal Grooming at the highest standard.

© Food and beverage (F&B) inventory tracking and facility maintenance checks and reporting of faulty equipment and structures.

© Perform other duties as assigned by Shift Controller, Supervisor, Operations Manager or General Manager.
