Job Description

Internship Scope: 

Under this internship programme, you will be attached to the HR department.

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to take on the following responsibilities:

  • Build data models and assist in the setting up of an analytics database, dashboards and other analytical tools
  • Create effective data visualisation by transforming data into a presentable format
  • Analyse people data and identify actionable insights, e.g., recruitment trend, attrition and other demographics data to help drive recruitment, diversity, inclusion, engagement, performance, and retention

At the end of the internship, you will have a good understanding of how to make good decisions based on the insights from the data collected.

Qualification and experience required:

  • Undergraduates pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Informatics or equivalent
  • Good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in statistics and analysing large datasets in Excel
  • Able to derive meaning and logical connections from various datasets
  • Knowledge in PDPA requirements

  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) to draft reports and presentations
  • Willingness to understand the drivers behind people’s decisions and actions
  • Data analytics skills
  • Analytical and methodical in the organisation, management and documentation of data
  • Ability to understand and break down business problems, into smaller manageable tasks
  • Willingness to learn
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
