Jedox Pte Ltd – HR Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist with initial resume screening and data mining
• Interview coordination; liaise with candidate and/or external recruiters
• Provide suitable recommendations to improve new hire onboarding and orientations
• Support in the organisation of company events/ engagement activities
• Involved in ad-hoc projects: salary benchmarking, employment satisfaction survey etc
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirement:

• Diploma/ Undergraduate who studied Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent
• Past HR internship experience is a plus
• Good knowledge in Office365 apps (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Forms)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be adept at problem-solving; able to work well independently and in a team
• High discretion and worthiness to handle confidential information
• Meticulous and have good organisational skills
