Job Responsibilities
- Deliver training onsite or online
- Assist in developing and Improving the curriculum to suit learning requirements and relevancy
- Engage learners in games and activities during sessions
- Assign and grade assignments or projects
- Observe individual student’s needs and progress
- Manage students’ well-being during class time (onsite)
- Document progress, attendance of students, and prepare term reports
- Work closely with the team leaders in communicating with parents on individual student’s progress, attendance, or behavioural issues if any.
Job Requirements
- Able to quickly build rapport with children or young adults
- Classroom organisation skills
- Comfortable with technology and web-savvy
- Programming Languages such as Scratch, Python, Java, Arduino, etc. a bonus (not a must)
- Good communication skills
