Job Description

We are looking to hire Account Managers to join our dynamic Commercial team to service and manage existing client relationships, build new ones and to convert them into sales revenue. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and managing sales deals, generating maximum revenue for the Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set to you
  • Establish close and trusted working relationships with new and existing clients to expand customer’s base
  • Make presentations and create tailored proposals with relevant insights to meet clients’ business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful management and delivery of campaigns
  • Provide best-in-class post-sales services to clients and agency partners
  • Plan and build active sales pipeline to ensure success in achievement of KPIs

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Business, Business Management, Communications and Media or Digital Marketing
  • Advertising or media-related work experience, fresh graduates with an interest in media advertising sales and marketing are welcome to apply
  • Excellent in both oral and verbal communications
  • Proficient in MS tools especially Powerpoint and Excel
  • Results-oriented, motivated by performance rewards and incentives
  • Strong customer-service mindset to manage the company’s broad customer base of iconic and household brands, media agencies and specialists
  • A good listener with an inquisitive mind to provide expert consults and best collaboration opportunities
  • Organised, driven and energetic to deliver successful results
  • Anticipates skills, knowledge and behaviours required of role and continuously seeks to learn and develop these
  • Can explain and present complex ideas clearly and with passion
