Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Intern – Talent Research & Sourcing (Recruitment) to support our consultants in executing recruitment and research assignments. This internship offers a strong foundation in executive search, talent research, and market analysis. The successful candidate will gain exposure to client-facing projects, industry insights, and the end-to-end recruitment process.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with consultants to help identify, assess, and engage mid to senior-level candidates within targeted industries
  • Conduct market mapping and research on talent pools, organisational structures, and industry trends
  • Source potential candidates through LinkedIn and other professional platforms, and assist in candidate evaluation
  • Compile research summaries, presentations, and insights on companies, talent movements, and market developments
  • Support consultants in managing candidate pipelines, interview coordination, and project documentation
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects related to business research, data analysis, or internal process enhancement

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or other relevant disciplines
  • Strong research and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in English; ability to understand and communicate in Chinese is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
  • Demonstrated business acumen and interest in market trends and corporate developments
  • Professional, discreet, and able to manage confidential information responsibly
  • Organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in building professional relationships within the recruitment and consulting field
