Job Description

☞Core Responsibilities☜
Handle all front desk related activities including but not limited to:
• Greet clients, prospective clients and guests, by providing positive, upbeat customer service.
• Check members into the system.
• Assist with new client sign-up for classes and personal training.
• Call prospective clients/members, inactive members and help at marketing/promotional outreach events.
• Handle cash and process credit card or other electronic payment transactions
☞Studio Operations☜
• Responsible for opening and /or closing of the studio
• Manage members' query and issues, direct to the appropriate staff member if required
• Answer simple query regarding classes and refer prospective members to Sales Representatives
• Responsible for scheduling and overseeing the Pilates and yoga privates program
• Responsible for updating MBO system with teacher subs/class changes in a timely manner
• Responsible for recommending ordering of supplies and working with vendors
• Work with studio staff to support the financial goals and operational needs of the studio
• Report any issues per our procedures
• Keep the retail area looking great which includes keeping area neat and tidy but also re-merchandising products making it attractive for members to shop. Receive and transfer merchandise as appropriate. Pro-actively watch for theft to avoid shrinkage.
• Any other tasks required to help company meet its goals
