Job description 

• Finance:
• 1) Processing purchase orders to vendors 
• 2) Preparation of sales quotations and invoices to customers 
• 3) Processing of receipts via cash, cheque, bank transfer, AXS and Stripe 
• 4) Following up on unpaid invoices past due date 
• 5) Assisting in finance improvement projects 
• 6) Handling customer general enquiries 
• Admin:
• 7) Ordering of office pantry supplies 
• 8) Filing of documents 
• 9) Other ad-hoc duties 

Requirements 

•  The candidate must possess at least O Level and basic accounting knowledge 
• Willing to learn 
• Must be meticulous, process good time management, planning and organisation skills 
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision 
• Singaporean/SPR preferred
