Customer Service for all Online Stores (Brand’s Website and Market Place)
• To deal promptly and professionally with customer enquiries
• Guide and advise potential customers with the aim of converting to purchase
• Resolve customer issues fairly while maintaining a positive image of ITGEEK ASIA PTE LTD in the customer’s mind and make suggestions to combat these issues
• Will be required to call customer as and when needed
• To request refunds accurately in the systems and liaise with the Finance Team in order to sort out any issues relating to refunds or returned items.
Ensure Order Fulfilment for all online stores (Brand’s Website and Market Place)
• Coordinating with logistic employees to ensure that online stores are adequately stocked and this is reflected in the system
• To liaise as required with the warehouse and logistics in order to resolve delivery issues
