IT Technical Recruiter (Central / 5 Days)
- Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and figure out passive candidates via different platforms
- Manage interview arrangements for candidates, including but not limited to scheduling interviews
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers at the interview stage
- Maintain the calendar of upcoming events and interviews
- Other tasks as assigned by the hiring manager and team
Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-time recruitment experience
- Tech recruitment experience is a must
- Independent, creative and with a strong sense of responsibility
- Quick learner with a positive working attitude
- Independent, analytical, resourceful, and meticulous
- Able to multitask and work within timeline
