IT Technical Recruiter (Central / 5 Days)

• Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and figure out passive candidates via different platforms
• Manage interview arrangements for candidates, including but not limited to scheduling interviews
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers at the interview stage
• Maintain the calendar of upcoming events and interviews
• Other tasks as assigned by the hiring manager and team

Requirements

• At least 2 years of full-time recruitment experience
• Tech recruitment experience is a must
• Independent, creative and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Quick learner with a positive working attitude
• Independent, analytical, resourceful, and meticulous
• Able to multitask and work within timeline
