As a Temp HR Assistant, you will need to assist the Assistant HR Manager. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask. 

This is a 1-month temp position. 

Responsibilities:

• Digitize all hard copy records of employees
• Conduct checks on employees' information to ensure data integrity
• Record maintenance
• Conduct P-File Audits
• Other clerical support assigned by reporting manager

Requirement:

• Diploma in Business or related discipline
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately follow instructions.
