Job Description
- Team player with ability to lead and motivate the team.
- Coordinate and supervise daily front of the house and back of the house restaurant operations
- Able to work with head chef to create new dishes and market regularly
- To provide a strong relationship and leadership creating a productive team while achieving set goals
- Good communications, planning and execution skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Train employees on service quality, improve productivity, customer care and responsiveness
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways for improvement
- Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly/monthly/annual revenues and expenses
- Promote brand in community through word-of-mouth, social media and others
- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. promos and social media ads)
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
