Job Description

Finance Responsibility:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support daily finance operations and transactions, finance process and workflow improvements establishing SOPs for the region, financial planning and reporting initiatives, work on Ipsen finance systems and tools in the planning and forecasting model.


Admin Responsibility:

Front desk reception:
- Handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, sorting and distributing mail.

Facility management:
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Ordering stationary, furniture, pantry items and ensuring smooth operation of staff amenities
- Arranging quotation and purchase of new office equipment
- License and contract renewal (Telephone, Office, Insurance, electricity…)
- Liaising with external contractors, service providers and equipment suppliers

Office Administrative support:
- Support in creating periodic reports as required by local or corporate headquarter request
- Arranging for signing of documents
- Arranging for courier


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 days/week or more
  • Able to commit 3 months or more (starting from mid-Jan 2020 - negotiable)
