Job Description

We are looking for an organized and proactive individual to support the Financial Advisers. You will handle administrative tasks, coordinate client appointments, prepare documents, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Chinese to liaise with clients and prepare documents in both languages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage advisers’ schedules, meetings, and client follow-ups.

  • Prepare and process client forms, reports, and correspondence in English and Chinese.

  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with MAS guidelines.

  • Liaise with clients, insurers, and service providers.

  • Assist with events, marketing materials, and client communications.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent; experience in financial services or admin roles preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM tools.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).

  • Attention to detail, professionalism, and client focus.
