IPP is a licensed financial advisory company specialists in investment, life and health insurance, retirement planning, estate and legacy planning, business continuation planning, keyowner/executive insurance, employee benefit planning, global funds, alternative investments, global property funds, health insurance and long-term care and comprehensive financial planning.

Job Requirements

We are looking for enthusiastic individual who like to talk on the phone, able to hold conversation and fix up appointments

• To perform tele-servicing for clients
• Fix appointments 
• To organise weekly schedule
• Record the customer’s information and updates accurately in the prepared format
• May be required to perform other additional admin duties and responsibilities as assigned 
• Prefer to have your own laptop for Microsoft excel usage. 

Qualifications

• Age 18 and above
• Preferably Local Diploma & A levels above

Skills

• Able to multitask, for e.g. holding a conversation while entering details into the computer. 
• Fluent in both local English and Chinese

Benefits

• $10/hr - Minimum 2 days per week (Flexible) 
• Minimum - 4 hours per day
• Preferably come after lunch hour.
