Job Description

About this opportunity

This role is responsible for working with management (country and regional) to assist, shape and build Sales Operations standards across APAC. The individual will also help drive adoption of SFDC (Salesforce.com), reporting and sales analytics.

In this role, you will…

  • Understand market trend and customer insights to be able to translate data into meaningful action to drive growth.
  • Build, track and monitor business reports from CRM systems and tools (Salesforce.com, PBI etc)
  • Perform data analysis, identify patterns and verify assumptions
  • Work on SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Measuring sales development metrics to execute sales process optimization
  • Providing data support to evaluate program and promotion effectiveness
  • Documentation of business flows
  • Take on other duties as assigned

In this role, you will need...

  • Undergraduate in Computer Science/Business Analytics/Data Analytics
  • Is interested to learn about commercial work for a highly regulated medical technology company
  • Prior experience (either internship or project work) relating to data analytics and building dashboards
