Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Be part of the retail market planning, execution and brainstorming!
Provide vendor service support and handle vendors' queries via email or phone
Vendor management and curation for our retail markets
General office administration and other event miscellaneous task                                                                                    Set-up of events and on-site assistance and coordination                                                                                         Providing support to Brands AE                                                                                                                                   Sourcing of quotations from external vendors

Requirements:
Good attitude, takes initiative
Proficient in both English and Chinese (speaking and writing)
Able to solve customers’ problems effectively
Internet savvy with knowledge in Microsoft Office
Knowledge in various social media platforms
Able to commit weekends and/or OT                                                                                                                                 Able to commit for at least 6 months starting from September/October
