Invade Industry Pte Ltd – Accounts Assistant

Invade Industry Pte Ltd is a creative space management and content activation company that inspires and brings new content to the retail scene through creative solutions. 

Responsibilities

• Administering all documentations in accordance to the invoicing and receipt of payment of debtors.
• Assist in preparing timely and accurate monthly financial and management report.
• Ensure all supplier’s quotations and invoices had been verified and approved by requesting parties.
• Verify, process and data entry of staff expense claims and reimbursement
• Processing of refunds
• Preparation of AR aging and reconciliation
• Prepare and enter journal entries and scan documents when required
• Assist with other ad-hoc finance and administration-related projects
• Chasing of A/R and security deposit to be returned back
• Liaise with vendors operating expenses
• Assisting with HR related duties

Requirements

• NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Accountancy/Business Administration or equivalent
• Able to multi-task
• Proficient in MS Office applications/Xero
• Strong organisational skills and pay close attention to details
• Able to commit weekends and/or OT
• Contract length: 12 months
