Responsibilities include but not limited to the following

• Provide general accounting support
• Assist with data entry, including posting financial transactions and verifying accuracy
• Prepare and issue invoices, track payments, and manage accounts receivable and payable
• Support monthly reconciliation of bank statements
• Verify, process and data entry of staff expense claims and reimbursement
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and order processing.
• Provide general administrative support
• Support in major events
