Job Description

This role will provide you with exposure to various ways of creating expert, authoritative and trustworthy content for our readers, which includes mainly youth talents, employers and organisations. You will also be engaging in various ways of marketing both INTERNSG’s brand as well as our clients’ brands - to achieve the mission of reflecting our success based on our clients’ success. This will includes:

  • A lot of writing, interviewing and engaging with youth talents, employers and organisations

  • Running different marketing and business development initiatives in our key processes, like designing collaterals for marketing

  • Maintaining our social media voice

  • Engaging with our clients.


You should be keen to build your passion in communications, journalism, social media, marketing, public relations, business development and have exceptional oral and written communication skills to develop engaging and creative content, as well as develop strong relationships with youth talents and potential clients.

You should yearn to be a ‘people person’ with great empathy and soft skills and seek to hone your ability to moderate conversations with our community and build strong relationships with our users. You should be able to work independently but also work well in a team, value relationships and be dependable and trustworthy.

Ultimately, you should be committed to improving yourself to become the master of community engagement and customer success, and in the process improve the sense of belonging of readers and users within our community.

As part of our development training plan, depending on your aptitude and capabilities you will get to hone your skills on different career tracks beyond communications, marketing and business development, including Creative and Design Planning, Business Analysis, Strategic Planning / Execution.



  • Duration of Traineeship is 9 months, with possibility of converting to permanent role.

  • This is a home-based role (require use of your own laptop with internet access).
