Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with our lead designer to create design presentations that captivate our clients.
  • Research and source products and materials.
  • Dive into 3-D modeling using SketchUp and assist in developing technical drawing packages.
  • Coordinate procurement processes, including quote requests and purchase orders.
  • Sourcing materials and samples and maintaining the sample library.
  • Ensure smooth project flow by organising furniture, fittings, and construction schedules.
  • Offer hands-on support during installation days, handling sorting, unpacking, and organising tasks.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of projects by assisting with project coordination, running errands, and managing various miscellaneous tasks that contribute to project efficiency.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree or diploma in interior design or equivalent.
  • Passion for learning and a dedication to the field of interior design.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a sharp eye for design elements.
  • Customer-centric approach and dedication to providing exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, Trimble Layout or Autodesk AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and Canva.
  • Nice-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with 3D Studio Max and Enscape.
  • New graduates welcome - must have a passion to dive in and learn.
