To support Salesforce implementation in the Growth function by working closely with the divisional and regional offices to support process improvements that allow teams to move with pace.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (KeY Activities)
Support the team to identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce technologies for process improvement across the growth function
Assist developing process flowcharts and Swim lanes to facilitate creation of salesforce data and process architecture
Documentation of processes and user access levels as required
Responsible for creating training material and content to train users – bite size training videos, data entry standards for open fields etc.
Support the data cleansing and preparation process for quick data upload to salesforce.
