Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW

To support cloud based database system implementation within the Growth function by working closely with the divisional and regional offices to support process improvements that enable teams to move with pace.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Support the team to identify opportunities to leverage cloud based database technologies for process improvement across the growth function.
  • Assist in developing process flowcharts, facilitate creation of cloud based database system data and process architecture.
  • Documentation of processes and user access levels as required
  • Create training manual, material and content to train users, including but not limited to bite size training videos, data entry standards for open fields.
  • Support and assist in the data cleansing and preparation process for quick data upload to cloud based database system.


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENT

Education

Undergraduate in Business Information System or Information Technology, preferably in their third year of undergrad studies.

Experience:

Prior internship experience within another Hotel Management Company, Consulting and/or Real Estate advisory firms.

 Technical Skills and Knowledge: 

  • Interest in the hospitality industry
  • Conscientious with an eye for details
  • Proactive and works with a sense of purpose and urgency
  • Desire to learn and be challenged to learn new skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word applications
  • Understanding of cloud based database system
  • Ability to work on projects independently
  • Confidence generating new ideas or ways to approach work assigned
  • Good project management skills, organized and communicates progress
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to flex style
  • Team Player
